Privacy policy — ChitChase

This app stores your shop domain, Shopify OAuth session data required to operate the app, ChitChase API credentials you provide (encrypted), template mapping configuration, a log of message send attempts (order identifiers and status), and scheduled review job metadata.

Customer order data is read from Shopify only to compose WhatsApp template parameters and is not sold. WhatsApp delivery is handled by ChitChase and Meta per their terms.

Contact the app developer to request data deletion where applicable.
